Experience the dynamic world of judo in our classes held on Fridays (6pm-7:30pm) and Saturday mornings (9am-10:30am). Suitable for all fitness levels and experience, our judo classes provide a challenging workout while fostering discipline, self-defense skills, and mental resilience.
